The research programme of the Gebert Rüf Stiftung «Rare Diseases – New Approaches», started in 2009, will be continued in 2014. With CHF 2 million p.a., the programme promotes applied research aimed at developing and implementing innovative approaches or technologies.
Target: improving diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases. The call is open to researchers at Swiss universities, university hospitals, federal institutes of technology, universities of applied sciences and to research institutions affiliated with Swiss universities. Application deadline is 8 August 2014.
