First Lunch Market on the Polyterrasse
The familiar Lunch Market from the Hönggerberg campus will be held for the first time on the Polyterrasse. The market will return to its usual location on the Hönggerberg campus after this special event.
Sweet or savoury? From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 September, 2015, visitors will be able to try a wide range of tasty dishes offered by assorted mobile refreshment stands on the Polyterrasse. The market is open not only to staff and students of ETH Zurich, but also visitors and external guests.
Smoked burgers, Asian specialities, and sweet delicacies such as crepes and frozen yoghurt: the range available on the Polyterrasse is extensive and tempting for either a delicious takeaway or a pleasant afternoon break.
The Lunch Market can also be found in its usual place on the Hönggerberg campus on 17 September. “Our aim was to put together a range that was both on-trend and healthy,” explains Project Manager Karin Emmenegger. “Food that appeals to the senses and brings people together – in the open air.” Additional upcoming dates for the market on the Hönggerberg campus are 24 September and 1, 8, 15 and 22 October.
