Welcome to the updated digital cosmos of the ETH Library! The new website in the corporate design of ETH Zurich is visually attractive, structurally impressive and contains the latest content: What news is there in the world of research? How, when and where can I publish open access? How do I search for and use the physical and digital image holdings? Which courses and webinars can I attend at the ETH Library?

Users can use the new navigation feature to find relevant and concise information quickly and clearly – across all locations and fields of knowledge, on all topics and services.

  • Knowledge is dazzling and colourful, it touches and moves you: you can find exciting news about library and research topics at a glance through linked sliders on topical focus points and current events.
  • Locations and media: Available for you: Where do you find books, images, videos and other media? Information about location addresses, online platforms, services and contact options in the overview.
  • Borrowing and ordering: If you search for, find and use physical and digital media: compact information from the search to the order process and the acquisition request.
