Video interview with ETH Vice President Julia Dannath
Football or tennis? Planning or implementing? Trust or monitoring? Julia Dannath took up her role as ETH Vice President for Personnel Development and Leadership in November. Now she’s introducing herself to the ETH community by answering a few “this or that” questions in a video interview.
ETH President Joël Mesot announced the appointment of two new female Vice Presidents in September: Julia Dannath as the new Vice President for Personnel Development and Leadership, and Vanessa Wood as the new Vice President for Knowledge Transfer and Corporate Relations. Dannath took up her role on 1 November. Here she introduces herself to members of the ETH community in a Zoom interview.
Dannath has spent more than 12 years helping organisations to enhance their leadership and corporate culture, both in Switzerland and abroad. A proven personnel expert, she holds a doctorate in psychology and has published numerous papers in her fields. Her experience with ETH goes back to her days working at the university as a scientific assistant.
