Replacement of the PlagScan plagiarism detection software for purposes of information security
As of the end of 2022, the PlagScan plagiarism detection software is no longer available to professors and employees of ETH Zurich. Following the acquisition of PlagScan by the American company Turnitin, the software’s data protection and information security terms have changed. The ETH Library seeks to provide a replacement which can be used in compliance with Swiss data protection laws.
