The Campus Info Phone Service – on hand when you’re away
Whether you’re out of the office for a few hours or on holiday for a while, the Campus Info team will man your phone and see those calls don’t go unanswered!
Before you go away, simply switch on call forwarding to 111 – either by dialing directly or online via the Phone Control Centre. They'll take care of everything as soon as we are informed of your absence.
Longer periods of absence
Will you be away for some time? We can also act as your receptionist and handle incoming calls. But before our staff can stand in for you, we’ll need some details. Just fill these out online on this request form.
Our phone service for ETH members is free of charge.
