Nadia Dörflinger-Khashman

After studying business administration at the European Management Academy in Hamburg (Germany), I completed various management training courses and then specialised as a certified public relations consultant with various positions and mandates in strategic communications consulting (focus on pharma industry, hospitals, healthcare). I have been working as a mediator / supervisor in organisations and in the training and further education of mediators for over 20 years. My Master of Arts in Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Management and Mediation and the Master of Advanced Studies in Mediation were enriched by further education and training, such as systemic structural constellations, hypnotherapeutic communication and logosynthesis. As a "clarification facilitator", I accompany those seeking advice through the bottlenecks of complexity and escalation so that they can (re)discover what is important to them and make informed decisions for their future path.
