Academic conferences and events are regularly held at ETH Zurich with up to 1000 people taking part.
The international environment and the central location of the two ETH sites, Zentrum and Hönggerberg, mean they offer the perfect infrastructure and ideal conditions for conferences and symposia outside term-time.

Permit application for academic events and conferences
Before you start to plan your event, we recommend that you enquire in advance from the ETH Permits Office so that you can apply for a conference permit in good time if it is required.
