ETH introduces MFA
In the coming weeks, ETH Zurich will start to roll out multi-factor authentication (MFA) to the first users. Applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom or the Web Center will now require a second login confirmation. Read on to find out what you need to do.

ETH login pages adapted to the corporate design
In case you notice something the next time you log in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: The ADFS login page will be adapted to the current corporate design of ETH Zurich.
Zoom can now be used indefinitely
The ETH community may now use the Zoom videoconferencing application indefinitely for their work. ETH Zurich has negotiated a solution that incorporates the Canton of Zurich’s data protection recommendations and expands the usage options for ETH students, researchers and staff.

polybox new with 50 GB storage
polybox, with its own free cloud storage, has been available to ETH members since more than a year ago. Recently, storage space has been considerably expanded from the initial 5 gigabytes to 50 gigabytes.
