The Graz University of Technology is organising a summer school on «Food science and culinary arts to maximize food quality» in cooperation with the University of Arkansas.

Speakers such as well-known food trend expert Hanni Rützler and Johann Reisinger, one of Austria’s highest decorated chefs, guarantee a high-quality programme.

Topics include

  • food analysis
  • food microbiology
  • sensory analysis
  • flavour and off-flavor determination
  • basic food chemistry
  • global food trends.

The summer school takes place from 9 to 21 July 2017 in Graz.

Application deadline is 31 March 2017.
