Password

External applicants

If an account has already been registered, a new password can be requested via Forgot your password?.

• Please enter the e-mail address used for registration. If you use a different e-mail address, the password cannot be sent.
• Please change the password immediately upon receipt by logging in and setting a new password under “My user account”.

Internal applicants

Login with the ETH user name and the ETH password. If a new ETH password is required, it can be reset in the  on +41 44 632 77 77 for more information can be found on the ITS Service Desk website.
