This publication discusses ways to prevent mass-destruction terrorism and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) proliferation in the wake of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States. It features a collection of articles and chapters examining topics such as terrorism and US national security, non-proliferation regimes and proliferation technologies, the implications of 9/11 on the Middle East and South Asia, and the relations between major international powers following the 9/11 attacks.
