Series

The Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) at the Monterey Institute of International Studies is the largest non-governmental organization in the US devoted exclusively to research and training on nonproliferation issues. CNS Occasional Papers are lengthy papers by leading experts, which provide analyses of critical WMD proliferation problems and discuss and evaluate non-proliferation regimes and proposals.
