This paper focuses on the growing risk of radiological terrorism and the requirement to diminish it by replacing high-risk radioactive components in the energy, medicine and food sectors with less risky and non-isotopic alternatives. (Note: The report is the result of three expert workshops held on the subject and identifies a series of actions that governments should take to face this particular problem.)
