The Omega Research Foundation (omega) is an independent organization that provides evidence-based research on the manufacture, trade, and use of military, security and police (MSP) technologies. More specifically, Omega aims to 1) monitor the international MSP trade in transparent and accountable ways; 2) provide other organizations with the information they need to lobby for tougher controls of international MSP transfers; and 3) provide the documentation torture survivor support groups need to seek legal redress from the companies that produce MSP-related equipment.
