Call for Volunteers

externe Seite WORLD.MINDS is a community of leaders in science, the arts and business. Our community comprises luminaries such as Nobel Prize Winners Frances Arnold, Stefan Hell and Kurt Wüthrich, as well as MIT designer and architect Neri Oxman, former Ambassador and the world’s largest collector of Chinese contemporary art Uli Sigg, movie director Marc Forster, philanthropist and founder of Microsoft Bill Gates, former Director of the CIA General David Petraeus, the world-renowned Architect Lord Norman Foster and many others.

Are you interested in deepening your understanding and getting a glimpse of tomorrow’s ideas? Then you could be a great fit to volunteer for the

World.Minds Annual Symposium

Your tasks may include

  • helping to organize the logistics and materials before the event
  • receiving and processing guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • helping VIP guests and Speakers throughout the morning and afternoon
  • handing out gifts to speakers after their performances
  • accompanying and supporting the organizational team throughout the event

We are looking for

  • motivated and responsible team players with a positive attitude
  • attentive and open minds
  • good English skills
  • availability on 13 March from 08:30 until 23:00

Volunteers’ highlights

  • watch incredible talks and performances
  • networking with leaders from science (MIT, ETH, etc.), the arts and business
  • leaving with a head full of new ideas and WORLD.MINDS gifts
  • networking with other interesting volunteers from different disciplines

We will hold a Volunteer Apéro prior to the event, so that you get a chance to know us and your fellow volunteer crew. More details will follow for confirmed volunteers.
