Workshop: Micro Habits for Better Teamwork

Three entertaining and interactive evening sessions. Open to everyone at ETH.

How can you foster collaboration, unity, effectiveness, and productivity within team environments? Agile Coach Dr. Denniz Dönmez has been dealing with these questions for years. His approach for success: a “Micro Habits Framework” with seven micro habits for improved collaboration that will be introduced and discussed in three entertaining and interactive evening sessions, with lots of room for self-reflection.

No prior knowledge is required. You are asked to implement the behaviours in your work environment or study group in the coming weeks. Once reconvened in the workshop, you can then discuss if and how the behaviours impacted your team.

The 90-minute sessions are held in English and are free to attend. They are open to students (incl. PhD), lecturers, administrative staff members and all other ETH affiliates. This workshop is especially valuable for students who are involved in coaching activities at ETH.
