Ursula Oesterle

Ursula Oesterle has spent the last 20 years leading open innovation and transformation in corporates. She spent 16 years in Silicon Valley and Asia, first for Swisscom and then for PMI, helping corporates to harness the power of digital innovation and to constructively collaborate with start-ups. She designs transformation programs and coaches leaders in the new mindset and ways of working that are required to execute on disruptive innovation.
