Collaborative LaTeX editor

The collaborative LaTeX editor Overleaf allows multiple authors to collaborate on a LaTeX document in real time. The editor can also be used to directly generate a publishable document.

The collaborative LaTeX editor Overleaf offers:

• document versioning.
• editing and generating LaTeX documents without a local LaTeX installation.

• Dropbox, GitHub and Mendeley Integration
  

All ETH students, researchers, staff and lecturers can use the collaborative LaTeX editor Overleaf (users are identified by ETH e-mail address). This service is provided free of charge to ETH members.

The "Merkblatt für die Angehörigen der Departemente zu rechtlichen Aspekten des Cloud Computings" (only available in German) describes important information on the storage of data outside ETH Zurich.

ETH does not provide support for the creation of LaTeX documents.
