Age

More than half of ETH Zurich’s staff is between 21 and 35 years old. The number of employees over 50 is low. A mix of different ages among members of a team increases the potential for its creativity and innovation and supports the sustainability of its work. The ETH Zurich supports a mix of people from different age groups and values the input from all age cohorts and the transfer of knowledge between generations.
