New FAQs on Return to the office & Future of Work
On Monday, 28 March 2022, ETH community members were informed about the topic "Return to the Office & Future of Work" in the town hall meeting. Now you can find helpful FAQs about flexible working on the website.
In the town hall meeting it was explained that ETH Zurich plans to shape its forms of work and collaboration in two phases: "Return to the Office" and "Future of Work". In addition, the Vice-Presidency for Personnel Development and Leadership presented the "Welcome Back" workshop.
This voluntary workshop can be used by supervisors to identify individual as well as collective team needs in the area of flexible working in order to find a solution tailored to the team's working patterns and collaboration.
