Space and retrofitting requests

Space and retrofitting requests with an estimated cost > CHF 20,000 can only be submitted by dedicated individuals. Here you can find the list of DownloadSingle Points Of Contact (SPOC) (PDF, 140 KB).

The SPOC report the requirements via the Real Estate Services portal using the form Download221F03_ETH_Raum_Bauantrag_EN (DOTX, 87 KB). This form must be uploaded together with the request on the portal.

If you have any questions for the Real Estate Management department, please contact the person responsible according to the Downloadlist of responsibilities per department and building (PDF, 277 KB).

Please note: Small requests < CHF 20,000 may still be submitted by all ETH members in the Real Estate Services portal under "Building Services".
