Onboarding Week
Starting in the Autumn Semester of 2027, the new Onboarding Week will be introduced in calendar week 37 to welcome new students and will replace all previous introductory events (Prestudy Events, Check-in ETH Event, First Semester Day, Welcome & Introduction Day, and the welcome event for exchange students).
Onboarding Week is aimed at new Bachelor’s students, Master’s students who did not complete their Bachelor’s degree at ETH, and exchange students. It is structured in modules and covers both programme-specific and core elements. The aim of Onboarding Week is to foster the ‘One ETH Spirit’ and to enable students to start their studies smoothly from calendar week 38 onwards.
Note: The Onboarding Week will be held for the first time in the Autumn Semester of 2027, independently of PAKETH.
