Solidarity Fund for Foreign Students

The Solidary Fund supports foreign students in their Bachelor and Master studies (permit B status). The Foundation decided in November 2025 that the scholarships for ETH students should not exceed the incoming of ETH resources.

Eligibility

• regularly enroled first study as Bachelor or Master student at ETH Zurich;
International Masterstudents with a non-swiss Bachelor or ETH degree are not eligible.
• Bachelor: succesfully passed the first year examination
• minimum of 20 ECTS in 1 semester or 40 ECTS in the last two semester
