Desk opening hours and location

Please note that from 13 July to 28 August 2026, the desk is only open on Thursdays, 11.00-13.00 (for both incoming and outgoing students).

  • Services: Signing, handing in & receiving documents, general questions
  • Opening hours: Tuesdays (incoming students) & Thursdays (outgoing students), 11.00 to 13.00. Opening hours may vary during semester breaks.
  • Location as of 9 June 2026: Campus Zentrum, main building, HG F 22.3
