The Center for Contemporary Conflict (CCC) conducts research on current and emerging security issues and conveys its findings to US and Allied policymakers and military forces. CCC Strategic Insights is an electronic journal offering assessments of US and international security issues. The journal is intended for US military personnel and defense policymakers, but also welcomes the interest of students and the public.
