Equality of people with disabilities in education

""

The basis is provided by the Swiss Federal Constitution, which prohibits any discrimination on account of a physical, mental or psychological disability (FC, Art. 8(2)).

The measures required to eliminate the discrimination of people with disabilities are enshrined in the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA, Art. 2).

On the strength of these foundations, it is the goal and task of universities to enable students with disabilities to study as successfully as possible.
