Student Helpers
Whether it's to help out with your event or to assist as necessary with your everyday work: ETH's student helpers are available for assignments throughout the university.
What we offer
Our motivated and experienced student helpers, most of whom are students at ETH or the University of Zurich, provide assistance wherever it is needed. The Event Support group of the Campus Services department will organise their booking and assignment for you.
Lead times
Please contact us in good time so that we can coordinate your assignment in the best possible way.
- Up to 5 student helpers: at least 3 weeks before the assignment
- Between 6 and 15 student helpers: at least 4 weeks before the assignment
- 16 student helpers or more: at least 8 weeks before the assignment
Note: Shorter notice is also possible in exceptional cases, depending on the nature and timing of the assignment.
