Careerbuilding programmes for adavanced female students

Femtec

The Femtec program is aimed at female students in master's and advanced bachelor's degree programs in engineering and natural sciences. It extends over three semesters and is completed in so-called schools, which take place at the TU Berlin and at the locations of the cooperating companies.

Unitech International

Unitech International is a program for students of engineering, computer sciences and physics. It comprises one or two semesters of study at a partner university as well as an internship with a corporate partner. Registration can be completed at the Student Exchange Office.

Career Center: career events

The Career Center is committed to ensuring that companies have a presence at ETH Zurich and can make contact with suitable young talent. At the same time, it accompanies ETH students, doctoral students and postdocs until they start their careers and comprehensively prepares them for the transition into the working world. INSPIRE Potentials – QSIT Master Internship Award

The INSPIRE Potentials Master internship awards the ambition to attract excellent female students who will conduct their Master thesis in a laboratory belonging to the NCCR QSIT network. The grants scheme thus aims to increase the number of women researchers in research fields related to the partaking laboratories.

Study guidance

Furthermore, the support services for studies and scientific careers at ETH offer a wide range of counselling services for studies and scientific career.   

Career Center

The ETH Career Center offers extensive counseling services to students/doctoral candidates and post-docs who wish to continue their careers outside the academy.
