Numerous services support ETH Zurich members in their daily work and on arrival at the university. There are also dedicated contact points, placement services, and service portals to assist with specific queries.
Service and contact points (selection)
Campus Info is the central point of contact for all questions relating to ETH Zurich. As a meeting place and information hub, it offers details about the campus, events, activities, and services (such as post, print and publish, mobility, parking and more).
Telephone switchboard: Information on telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, and further information on ETH Zurich.
Welcome Center (especially for academic and non-professorial staff), the Dual Career Advice staff unit (for professors), and HR (for ETH employees) are your contact points for questions concerning employment and the working environment (immigration, housing, family, childcare, and living in Switzerland).
The Career Center is the central platform for companies and students/doctoral candidates planning to start their careers.
