We welcome visitors directly at our reception desk located in the entrance hall of the main building (HG).

Here, you can get guidance, information materials and orientation plans. You can also validate your ETH card here, and arrange the ticket sale for events.

Please note: all our other services are only available at our two main locations:
Campus Info Zentrum (HG D 34.1) and Campus Info Hönggerberg (HIL D 26.5).

• The cashier's desk is open from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 and 16:45 h.
• Deposits (with PostFinance card, Maestro/V PAY card)
  
• Withdrawals (with PostFinance card, maximum of CHF 500 per withdrawal)

Europcar branch

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 9:30 h and 14:00 to 16:00 h
• For private and business travel
