The first problem involves Outlook. The PSI addresses in the Outlook cache have become invalid due to the cloud migration. This can be solved by deleting the affected addressee(s) from the Outlook cache in your Outlook.
The second problem concerns the forwards to PSI mail addresses recorded in IAM. These forwards have become invalid. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to create new forwards to PSI addresses. This is prevented by IAM. We are working on the problem. |
