Renewed article search on the Knowledge Portal
ETH-Bibliothek offers the article search on the Knowledge Portal via a new service-provider: the Technical Information Centre of Denmark's DADS database has been replaced with the interdisciplinary Primo Central Index by the company Ex Libris.
Extended range of e-books
Three more providers extend ETH-Bibliothek's range of e-books in the subjects sustainability, environmental policy, technology, mechanical engineering, garden, animals, and nature.
Return your library books at the entrance hall of ETH main building
As of 1 September you can return documents from ETH-Bibliothek, NEBIS circulation network and Zentralbibliothek at the information office at level E of the Main Building.
Researching materials
Over 1,000 objects can be studied in Baubibliothek's Material Collection, offering visitors the opportunity to experience woods, metals, rocks, synthetics or materials first hand.

Good news for map enthusiasts
Over 55,000 folding maps from ETH-Bibliothek can now be loaned throughout the NEBIS network and consulted outside the Collections and Archives reading room regardless of the opening times.

Since 12 January the platform Web of Science has been showing off its new user interface. The databases can now be browsed using an optimised search engine.
