Conflicts have a negative "image", and they are a usually unwanted part of social interactions. Get some ideas of how to handle a conflict, know your own conflict style and learn to react constructively and early enough to avoid escalation.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to:
Consider implications of your role as a doctoral student in a group
Learn about conflict escalation and your (also bodily) reactions to it
Try to see "both sides" by changing perspectives
Get to know and stand up for your own needs
Reflect on how a good relationship affects disagreement and difficult situations
Practice deescalating communications patterns
