What are departmental exchange coordinators responsible for?
The departmental exchange coordinators maintain contact with departments or lecturers of partner universities, arrange new mobility and exchange agreements, select students who wish to participate in exchange programmes, and advise students (incoming as well as outgoing) on academic issues regarding these programmes.
The Student Exchange Office works closely with the departmental exchange coordinators and also advises students on administrative matters relating to student mobility.
