Study report submission
Students reflect on their experience in their study report, providing valuable insights for others planning or preparing for their stay.
International Knowledge Base (IKB)
Your study report must be submitted to the IKB database in a timely manner. If you do not do so, you have to refund the scholarship paid out by the Student Exchange Office.
- Open the "My Exchange Reports" tab in the blue navigation area at the top of the page.
- Click the "New Exchange Report" button.
- Search for your partner university by first selecting the country and then the university. Complete all fields under "Programme Details".
- Write your report. You will be asked about various aspects of your experience. You can use the green navigation bar at the top of the page to revisit any section if needed.
- If you need to select an ETH contact person, choose one of the following: Patrick Bisang, Kristína Janota, or Andra Sander.
You can check the status of your report in the "My Exchange Reports" tab in the IKB.
- Draft: Your report has not yet been submitted. You can still edit or delete it.
- Under review: You have submitted your report, and the Student Exchange Office is currently reviewing it. If any clarifications are needed, they may reset your report to "Draft" and contact you.
- Submitted: Your report has been approved and is now visible to all users with an ETH login. You can find it under your partner university via the "Search IKB" tab.
