Sustainable Gastronomy

The Sustainable Gastronomy Project at ETH to launch in January 2022

The "Sustainable Gastronomy Project" replaces the previous "Climate Programme". Based on scientific evidence, the new project aims to support the long-​term development towards sustainable gastronomy at ETH Zurich.

It has a duration of three years (2022-​2024) and comprises four sustainability categories: Climate Protection, Resource Conservation, Social & Ethical and Health. A total of 17 criteria with concrete targets were defined
