Student Project House
The freedom to explore, create, test and build your next idea.
The Student Project House is a space built for the thriving creative community within ETH. This is where students (hi!) gather, experiment, test out concepts, supercharge group projects and build tomorrow’s ideas, today.

The Student Project House gives ETH students the opportunity to think outside of their curriculum and set path. Here you learn how to identify an actual need, design solutions and test your hypothesis with real prototypes.
We are convinced that combining the knowledge gained in your studies with the freedom of tinkering and the understanding of the bigger picture can lead to great innovations. Not to mention the valuable experience of bringing an idea further in a student team.
Visit the Student Project House
You are welcome to visit the Student Project House facilities in the HPZ building at ETH Hönggerberg as well as in the ETH Zentrum campus at Clausiusstrasse 16.
All BSc, MSc and doctoral students from ETH can benefit from the Student Project House during their studies. The students can use the ideaspace to work on their project, get support through coaching and workshops and receive seed funding. In the Makerspace they can build their own prototypes and learn how to use various machines. The Student Project House community is also a very important aspect, as peer-to-peer learning and support is provided from and to the community members.
