Checklist registration for Master's degree studies

Please confirm whether you wish to accept your university place at ETH Zurich in eApply at the latest by the given deadline. After that date your offer will expire.

After having accepted your place, you will receive your confirmation of registration to download in eApply. There you will also find further information on the pending registration documents required for enrolment. Furthermore, you may use this letter for official purposes (e.g. requesting a visa).

Please understand that it will take a couple of weeks until your registration will be processed and your confirmation of registration with further information on the required documents will be available.

Together with your confirmation of registration, you will be given more information in your eApply account about the form and content of the graduation documents you must submit for enrollment.

Original documents

Some of your registration documents – even if they are unique pieces – must be submitted in the original (additional electronic copies can be uploaded directly in eApply) or as photocopies certified by your university. These documents do not need to be certified by a notary but the issuing institution. Please consult your eApply account to check which documents you need to submit.

The originals you submit will be returned to you in the course of the first semester. Certified photocopies will not be returned.

For your own security we recommend that you send your original documents by registered post or by courier, or that you bring them to our office personally.
