Only the assessment of innovativeness is more in the middle range. Overall, the picture shows the positive impact of the measures initiated by the IT Services to improve IT services and processes.

The closer the contact of the IT Services employees with the customer groups they support, the more positive the perception of the IT Services and its services. The employees of the departments supported locally by Customer Experience & Solutions (CxS) have the most positive image of the IT Services.
Summary
Overall, the image of the IT Services is positive. The IT Services are perceived as competent, friendly and reliable, but similar to 2019 also as rather less innovative. The comparison with 2019 shows a more positive image of the IT Services than in 2019.
