Water shapes every facet of our world: it is an essential part of life, something we use daily, and sometimes a brutal force of nature. As a shared resource, it has the ability to both unite and divide us. ETH Zurich’s research into water is as diverse as the element itself. The current issue of Globe gives an insight.
This series of photographs was created for Globe by Dan Cermak. Inspired by Villa Hatt – ETH Zurich’s guest house and event venue – the photographer turned an artistic eye to the element of water in all its myriad forms.
