Artificial Intelligence for Switzerland

ETH Zurich has a long history of research into the foundations of artificial intelligence (AI), whether in mathematics or computer science. It promotes the development of AI that is reliable, explainable and trustworthy. In projects with industry, NGOs and public authorities, ETH Zurich makes AI usable for Switzerland and thus creates added value for our country. With specialised degree programmes, ETH Zurich trains the next generation of AI specialists, entrepreneurs and researchers.

ETH AI Center

The ETH AI Centre brings together researchers across all disciplines and connects them with the best AI research institutions in Europe and beyond. It promotes the creation of AI start-ups and collaboration with industry.
