Special students University of Basel

Only the following students of the University of Basel (UBa) who are regularly enrolled in the semester have the opportunity to register as special students at ETH and to take the corresponding performance assessments:

UBa students who also attend courses of the ETH Department of Biosystems, Science and Engineering (D-BSSE) = groupe D-BSSE
UBa students who attend ETH courses within the programme 'PSC Master's Courses and Studies in Plant Sciences' = groupe PSC

Fill out the registration form and send it by email to the study administration office indicated on the form:

Groupe D-BSSE: DownloadRegistration form (PDF, 256 KB)
Groupe PSC: DownloadRegistration form (PDF, 160 KB)

Important: No registrations will be accepted after this deadline.

Will be emailed to you by the Registrar's Office.

Special students with an active registration will automatically receive a respective email from the Registrar's Office to their ETH email address.

For the autumn semester: approx. mid-July
For the spring semester: approx. mid-December

A maximum of 5 course units may be taken.

For regularly enrolled students of the University of Basel (D-BSSE and PSC), registration and attendance of ETH courses (including examinations) is free of charge.
