End of Consumption

A joint session with Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI)
In 2019, external page GDI published a study on "The End of Consumption as We Know It," in cooperation with KPMG. Subtitled, “When data makes retail superfluous”, it suggests a provocative model in which man and machine partake in the creative process together, while retail models of the past become obsolete. Join this session to discuss how digitalisation and changing consumer attitudes are impacting the future of the retail industry.
