Institutional Research:
- Supporting the operational and strategic management of ETH Zurich by providing decision-making bases for the Executive Board, departments and support units
- Analysis of staff, student, learning and research, facility and organisational data as well as ETH-external data sources
- Definition and communication of meaningful resource and performance indicators
- Preparation of data for global university rankings and benchmarking processes at ETH Domain, national and international-level, as well as analysis and reporting of the results
- Management of the Annual Academic Achievements (AAA) process as part of the academic reporting process of the Teaching and Research units
- Provision of data for statutory reports, including for the Federal Statistical Office (BfS), ETH Zürich and ETH Domain annual reporting
- Preparation and provision of results from the BfS graduate surveys for further analysis by departments and central units
- Maintenance and continuous development of ETH Graph Search, a graph database linking ETH research units, researchers and their research outputs in the context of a detailed research concept taxonomy (restricted access)
