One-to-one leadership coaching | When
In a confidential setting, an internal or external coach can help you to reflect on current challenges and to develop and implement effective steps to manage everyday situations in your leadership role. | |
Organisational and team development - Small group coaching | When existing organisational structures and working processes no longer meet current requirements and team cooperation has therefore become more difficult. You and your team might want to develop new methods of cooperation. When your research group is growing and integrating new group members has become increasingly challenging, you might want to adapt work processes and develop collaboration in your group. An internal or external facilitator can help you analyse organisational structures, working relationships and processes in your group and implement viable steps based on this analysis. | POE Team (personal-organisationsentwicklung@ethz.ch) |
