ETH Zurich opens a disciplinary investigation

ETH Zurich is opening a disciplinary investigation to look into allegations of harassment made against a professor in the Department of Architecture.

The President of ETH Zurich has decided to open a disciplinary investigation into claims against a professor working in the Department of Architecture. Its purpose is to clarify in more detail the reported allegations that the professor supposedly sexually harassed women. The investigation will be conducted by an independent external investigator. The professor will be released from his duties until the investigation has been concluded.

The presumption of innocence applies. To protect all parties involved, no further information will be provided until the investigation is over.
