With over 25 years in the field of social change, Dr Galit Desheh is an expert in assimilating diversification and inclusion as well as accompanying human resource processes in startups and large public companies and organizations. She specializes in implementing gender diversity and promoting women in management and career development positions. Galit served as the CEO of the “Israel Women’s Network” and as the Director of the Education Department of Tel Aviv Sexual assault crisis center. Dr Desheh holds a PhD in Political Science & Gender. She lectures at Reichman University. As Power in Diversity's professional manager, Galit develops and implements professional products, work plans, and their implementation in the initiative.
