2024 Early-Career Grant Call
The 2024 Early-Career Grant Call is now open. The Leading House Asia is offering 3 to 6-month research stays in any country/terriroty in East and Southeast Asia. The call is now closed.

Earliest start: 15 August 2024
Funding: 3 monthly scholarship (CHF 2,500) and one return ticket in economy class (max. CHF 2,000).
The Early-Career Grant aims to foster and facilitate the direct exchange between Swiss research groups and their Asian research partners and to enable the mobility of early-career researchers from Swiss Universities, public research institutes, Universities of applied sciences (UAS) and Universities of Teacher Education (UTEs).
Open to doctoral students (2 years until end of PhD) currently working in a research group at a Swiss University or public research institute to apply for a research stay in East or Southeast Asia. UAS/UTE researchers with 5+ years of experience are eligible to apply. Open to all research fields, including social sciences, humanities, the arts and design.
This call is one-time only for the current funding phase (2021-2024).
