Interface: Audiovisual Media - Science - Education

We, the Media & Methods Lab (earlier EduMedia),
(1) produce audiovisual media in co-design with lecturers and researchers from different disciplines at ETH.
(2) are enthusiastic about the continuous education of digital media competencies for all teachers across ETH and designs courses, teachings and coaching programs.
(3) explore cutting-edge media technologies for the future of teaching in flagship project.

Additional information

Jeanine Reutemann lives out her insatiable curiosity at the intersection of science, education and audiovisual media.

She leads the Media & Methods Lab at UTL, ETH Zurich. With a background in audiovisual media, education & media sciences (Dissertation about Bewegtbilder der Wissenschaft und ihr Mediendesign), she was joining ETH Zurich in 2019 and was previously a researcher and teacher at the Centre for Innovation, Leiden University in the Netherlands (2017-2019) and earlier a junior researcher and teacher at the FHNW Basel (2014-2017).

Between 2012-2021, Jeanine did co-create with a multitude of researchers various science videos and documentaries addressing global challenges, inequalities and sustainability and more for e.g.: research for development (SNF), SCNAT, University of Zurich, ETH Zurich, WSL, Oxford University, Ludwig-Maximillians University Munich, University Osnabrück, WWF/COOP, PRO7/Sat1.
